The Mark K. Ulmer Memorial Native American Scholarship Foundation is a 501-C-3 publicly supported organization as defined by the IRS.

All contributions to the Foundation in support of the scholarships go to scholarship funding and will be gratefully accepted.

Every donation/grant received will be acknowledged with a personal note of thanks and a written receipt for the money received.
